5/16/2017 0 Comments May 16th, 2017In both of these photos Tala is emphasized the most, right away your eyes go to her. With her bright blue dress she pops and stands out the most. Also in both photos there is leading lines that lead right to her. In the first photo the blue dress and the blue wood they balance each other out, so one inst over powering.
4/21/2017 0 Comments Street PhotographyRight away your eyes go right to the horse, it stands out the most in the this photo with the sky getting dark the horse being bright. Decisive moment also mattered because the horse could run away or turn and look away. The mood of this photo is happy, the sun in the background gives it a warm feeling. I would say this photo was successful, the lighting in this photo made it a successful photo.
4/21/2017 0 Comments Street PhotographyWith this photo the decisive moment does matter. The man could have put his hand down, and would not be pointing if I waited. The main focus of the photo is the man and women they are bright and stand out the most. The water is smooth with some texture standing out also but not taking away to much from the people. I would say it is an okay photo, but could have been taken better or different.
4/20/2017 0 Comments Street PhotographyWhen taking this photo decisive moment meant everything, if I would have taken it five seconds later the girl wouldn't be the main focus and the little boy would have walked away. This photo has a happy vibe to it, with the girl laughing going down, and the little boy running around show happiness. When I first look at this photo my eyes go all over, from the girl boy and red motorcycle they all stand out, but they all balance each other making one not over powering. This photo was an okay photo, but I can always take better ones.
4/20/2017 0 Comments Street PhotographyStopped time, with the name of this photo you can tell that the clock is emphasized the most but, the light also stands out. Both objects balance each other out. The mood of this is old, with the old sign with the clock and the old light make you feel like you are looking at a run down town, or a town that hasn't been updated. This photo is one of the better ones that I took for this project.
4/20/2017 0 Comments Street PhotographyInstantly your eyes go right to the graffiti then the boy. The boy and the graffiti balance out each other, so one does not overpower the other. The mood of the photo is bold, I think that because the bright colors pop out, and the boy in the photo is hanging over the edge give it a bold feeling. The water has texture from the wind blowing it all over, time did not matter in this photo, it would still look the same if I waited five seconds and took it. I would say this photo was successful, but could have turned out better.

Project 1: Juxtaposition
The first photo has leading lines that draw you into the foods in the back, and the tracks are emphasized the most in the first photo, the mood is dark with the black and white color. The second photo the bright colors stand out the most, and the two different shoes balance out the with the colors. The second photo has more of a happier mood.
Project 2: Lighting
For both the photos we used some type of side lighting. The first photo of the flowers we used only one side light on the left to brighten the left and have the right side darker. The example of the oranges inspired us because the oranges are bright and the left side was darker. For the hand photo we used lights on both sides to light up the hand and the palm is darker. The box photo inspired us to do side lighting, but we did not use a box. We had the lights directly on the hand.
Project 3: Iphone
